All sales are final. When you purchase a membership tier on Blonde Baddies, your Telegram vault access is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Because the product is a digital access grant that is delivered instantly and permanently, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been provided.
This policy applies to all payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency.
We will consider refund requests only in the following circumstances:
To request an exception, contact us on Telegram at @killsaints with your order details and a description of the issue. All exception requests are reviewed individually.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. In the event of a chargeback, access will be revoked immediately pending investigation. We reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment processor including proof of delivery and terms acceptance.
If you have a genuine issue with your purchase, please contact us first. We resolve legitimate issues quickly.
If you have purchased a lower tier and wish to upgrade, we offer tier upgrades where you pay only the difference between your current tier and the desired tier. Contact @killsaints on Telegram with your order details and you will be upgraded promptly.
